Thank you for shopping with Happy Jackalope Coffee.
Order ProcessingAll orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
