Return & Refund Policy
At Happy Jackalope Coffee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at michael.bryant0167@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at michael.bryant0167@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods, including food products
- Customized or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a return request.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at michael.bryant0167@gmail.com.
